WHERE IS MY ORDER?

We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched, this will include your courier and your tracking reference. You can also login to your account to see order updates. Alternatively View order details in the footer navigation bar—Order Tracking.

 

 

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

We process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed we are unable to edit your order.

 

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR A PRODUCT THAT DID NOT SHIP?

All payment for orders will be taken once the order is placed.



WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION OR SHIPPING NOTIFICATION EMAIL?

If you've checked your spam and trash folders and still cannot locate your confirmation or shipping emails, send us email request.

 

WILL I RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION OR A TRACKING NUMBER WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?

Yes, you will. When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included. If you have any questions, send us email request.
